Notes: This patient is a 36 year-old-female came in with the complaint of hard and uneven breasts and wanted to have her implants exchanged. She had breast implants placed over ten years ago and she was fine until relatively recently when she has noted increased firmness in the left breast. The left breast had significant discomfort and pain. We exchanged the implants for new saline implants. We also released the scar tissue around the implants (the capsular contracture) in order to allow her breasts to assume a more natural shape.

Notes: This 53 year-old female had breast implants for many years. She had noted that gradually her implants had started to get harder and that her left breast implant was getting smaller. She had bilateral implant exchange of implants and capsulectomy (removal of the scar tissue around the implants).
